About the 78 Degrees Dry Vermouth
78 Degrees Dry Vermouth uses McLaren Vale Chenin Blanc as its base, bringing ripe stone fruit, citrus and herbaceous character. Ageing in old oak and stainless steel accompanies Torino-inspired roots, herbs and spices, with karkalla, native thyme and roasted wattleseed adding salinity, herbal depth and nutty complexity.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with fresh oysters, grilled prawns, herb-roasted chicken, or salty green olives.
