RM Brands 24 Herbs Gin

RM Brands 24 Herbs Gin is an unflavored craft spirit produced in Poland. As the name indicates, this small-batch botanical expression is distilled using a complex recipe of 24 distinct hand-selected botanicals—including chamomile, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, bitter orange, and angelica root alongside core piney juniper. The result is a highly aromatic, well-rounded contemporary dry gin that balances traditional juniper pine with delicate floral warmth, bright citrus zest, and earthy herbal depth.

Food Pairing: Grilled salmon, herb-roasted chicken, goat cheese crostini, fresh garden salads, and charcuterie with citrus compote.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, soft, and balanced mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and floral up front, featuring fragrant chamomile, sweet citrus peel, and gentle piney juniper, underlaid by warm herbal spice and cardamon.

Palate: Smooth and herbal on the palate, opening with a bright wave of bitter orange zest and crisp juniper, unfolding into chamomile, earthy roots, cracked pepper, and subtle baking spices.

Finish: Medium-long, dry, and clean with lingering notes of citrus oils, soft floral tea, and a crisp herbal-juniper closure.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian or Mediterranean tonic water, garnished with a twist of fresh lemon or a slice of bitter orange, or build into a classic Dry Martini, Southside, or French 75.
