Sourced from mature, 37-year-old dryland vines planted in the Tygerberg Hills near the cold Atlantic Ocean, this serious, full-bodied white wine delivers an intensely concentrated and highly expressive bouquet. Upfront aromas of ripe yellow peach, crisp pear, litchi, and dried apricot emerge in waves, seamlessly layered with complex undertones of roasted lemons, grilled pineapple, cedar smoke, and a touch of white coriander spice. On the palate, it exhibits a wonderfully luscious and texturally rich mouthfeel, masterfully balanced by a refreshing, vibrant line of natural acidity.
