Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Miltonduff 12 Year Old 2011 Edition #14

Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Miltonduff 12 Year Old 2011 Edition #14 is a richly sherried Speyside single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Signatory Vintage. Distilled at Miltonduff in 2011, this 12-year-old small-batch expression matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts before being bottled at 57.1% ABV as Edition #14 of Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof range. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration, it delivers a concentrated combination of ripe and dried fruit, chocolate, candied citrus, nuts and warming spice.

Food Pairing: Pair with dark chocolate, aged cheddar, roasted walnuts, fruitcake, orange-infused desserts or caramelized nuts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and full-bodied with intense Oloroso sherry character, combining dark and dried fruits with chocolate, candied citrus, roasted nuts and warming spice.

Nose: Rich sherry and sweet fruit lead into raisins, dates, candied citrus, chocolate and gently aromatic spice.

Palate: Full and concentrated, with ripe and dried fruit, dark chocolate and sweet malt joined by citrus peel, roasted nuts and warming spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dark chocolate, dried fruit, nutmeg, espresso and gently drying sherry-seasoned oak.
