Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Orkney (HP) 14 Year Old 2011 Amontillado Edition #58

Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Orkney (HP) 14 Year Old 2011 Amontillado Edition #58 is an independently bottled single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney. Distilled in 2011 and aged for 14 years, this release was matured in first-fill Amontillado sherry hogsheads before being bottled at 57.1% ABV as Edition #58 of Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof range. The Amontillado maturation complements the whisky's coastal and gently smoky character with layers of orchard fruit, dried fruit, honey, nuts and warming spice.
