Distilled at North British on October 16, 1991, it matured for 31 years in refill Oloroso Sherry Butt #272163 before being bottled on October 3, 2023 at 56.1% ABV. Limited to 560 bottles, this long-aged single-cask release combines the richness of extended maturation with the fruity, confectionery and oak-driven character contributed by its sherry cask.
