Signatory Vintage 35th Anniversary Mortlach 32 Year Old 1991 Cask #4241 is a limited single-cask Speyside single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Signatory Vintage in celebration of its 35th Anniversary. Distilled at Mortlach on May 14, 1991, it matured for 32 years in first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt #4241 before being bottled on October 4, 2023 at a natural cask strength of 54.1% ABV. Only 580 bottles were produced, presenting Mortlach's rich, weighty character alongside concentrated fruit, sherry richness and mature oak.

Food Pairing: Pair with aged cheddar or Comté, roasted walnuts, cured meats, dark chocolate, dried fruits or rich fruitcake.

Tasting Notes: Rich and mature, combining ripe and dried fruits with sweet malt, nuts, aromatic herbs, tobacco and beautifully integrated sherry-seasoned oak.

Nose: Ripe fruit and sultanas mingle with orange blossom, beeswax, walnuts, sweet malt and subtle tobacco.

Palate: Full and expansive, with orange, dark fruit and nutty sherry character layered with malt sweetness, resinous herbs and mature oak.

Finish: Long and complex, with lingering fruit, walnuts, warming spice, herbs and refined oak.
