Perez Barquero 1955 Amontillado Solera Cincuentenario is an exceptionally old, dry fortified wine with remarkable intensity and elegance. Extended biological and oxidative ageing develops expressive notes of walnut, spice, iodine and sea air. The palate is concentrated, deeply saline, precise and persistent, finishing dry with impressive balance.
