About the Hobbs 1905 Shiraz
A powerful yet polished old-vine Shiraz with blackberry, blueberry and dark red fruit, layered with spice, vanilla and earthy complexity. Full-bodied and silky, with fine tannins, balanced freshness and a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised beef, slow-cooked stews, smoked meats, or rich mushroom dishes.
