With patent in hand for his column still, Mr. Dubliner Coffey ushered in the modern era of ‘London Style’ dry gin in 1830. His still made the distilling of neutral spirits practical, and it is from that starting point we add our citrus elements - orange, lemon, lime, and a mild juniper - to pleasure your palette. It is one of our finest offerings.
