About the Blandy's 10 Year Old Sercial Madeira
This dry aged Madeira offers aromas of candied citrus, dried fruits, toasted almonds, and warm spice. Bright acidity balances a rich, nutty palate with complex oak influence, finishing exceptionally long, crisp, and elegantly dry with remarkable depth and freshness.
Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, oysters, roasted almonds, aged cheeses, olives, seafood appetizers, cured meats, and savoury tapas.
