Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #60 Mortlach 12 Year Old 2013 Single Malt Scotch

Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #60 Mortlach 12 Year Old 2013 Single Malt Scotch is an independently bottled Speyside single malt distilled at Mortlach in 2013 and matured for 12 years in second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2025 at the series' robust 100 Proof strength of 57.1% ABV, this release balances Mortlach's famously full-bodied malt character with restrained sherry-cask richness. It is presented at natural colour and without chill filtration.

Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, charred pork belly, cured ham, smoked almonds, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, or caramelized pineapple.
