Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #53 Inchgower 13 Year Old 2011 Single Malt Scotch is an independently bottled Speyside single malt distilled at Inchgower in 2011 and matured for 13 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2025 at the series' robust 100 Proof strength of 57.1% ABV, this release combines Inchgower's characterful malt profile with concentrated sherry-cask richness and is presented at natural colour without chill filtration. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, glazed pork, aged cheddar, roasted almonds, dark chocolate, or rich fruitcake.

Tasting Notes: Full-bodied and richly sherried, combining dried fruits and baked orchard fruit with warming spice, nutty depth and dark chocolate.

Nose: Dried fruit and baked apple lead into nutmeg, toasted almonds and rich malt, with a touch of warming spice.

Palate: Rich and concentrated with raisins, baked apple and dark chocolate layered over roasted nuts, caraway and warming sherry spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dark chocolate, dried fruit, nutmeg and gently drying oak.
