Shipping rates are determined by your location and the size of your shipping package. Cost of shipping will be displayed at check-out prior to confirmation and payment of your order.
Please confirm before checkout if we can ship to you. If we do not ship to your address, your only option will be to arrange for in-store pick-up at one of our locations in Calgary, Alberta.
We cannot ship to PO box addresses.
Orders received with a shipping address within the city limits of Calgary, Alberta will be processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders received and to be delivered via Canada Post outside of the city limits of Calgary, Alberta will be processed within 1 to 5 business days and delivered within 5 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is received by Canada Post and you will be able to track your delivery progress via Canada Post online.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Signature and ID of an adult who is at least 18 years old will be required. If an adult is not present to receive the order, it will be returned to the nearest postal outlet for signature pick up. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended.
Alcohol products that are purchased from BSW Liquor Ltd. are sold in Alberta. Thus, ownership title passes to the buyer in Alberta.
BSW Liquor Ltd. makes no representation to the legal rights of purchasers to import alcohol into any province outside of Alberta. It is solely the purchaser who is responsible for the shipment or importation of alcoholic products. By placing an order with BSW Liquor Ltd., the purchaser acknowledges that arrangements to ship alcoholic product(s) out of Alberta are being undertaken at the request of, and under the direction of the purchaser and that the purchaser accepts all responsibility for all costs (including but not limited to taxes or tariffs imposed by regulatory authorities) associated with the transmission of the product.
We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third party couriers. We always do our absolute best to make sure your order is very well packaged, but once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for it.
Shipping insurance is provided by the third party carrier, which is an optional purchase by the customer. Liability is limited to the third party carriers own policies.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
