A 30 year old single malt from the Rosebank Distillery, which was distilled in 1990 (three years before it closed) and matured until 2020. It was aged in 62% refill sherry butts and 38% refill bourbon hogsheads, and has been bottled up at 48.6% ABV. Though the distillery shut its doors many moons ago, Rosebank is being revived, which is incredibly exciting indeed, and bottlings like this only build the excitement!
Only 4,350 bottles are available worldwide, with only 40 coming to Canada.

A lingering finish of candied violets, orange and faint mint. Triple distilled and un-chillfiltered with an ABV of 48.6%
