Takasago Plum Sake Ume is a traditional Japanese sake made by Takasago Shuzo in Fukui, a prefecture located in the Hokuriku region of Japan. This particular sake is made by steeping ripe ume plums in sake, resulting in a sweet and tangy fruit-flavored beverage. The aroma is of ripe plums and has a slight earthy note.
