Displaying a deep garnet core with a purplish rim, it opens with a fragrant, complex bouquet of cassis, dark plum, and wild blackberry, beautifully interwoven with graphite, cedar, graphite earth, mint, and sweet spices. On the palate, it exhibits a full-bodied, dense, and energetic profile balanced by vibrant acidity and polished, fine-grained tannins, delivering a long and persistent finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with grilled prime ribeye steak, roasted leg of lamb, braised beef short ribs, venison, and aged hard cheeses.

99 Points - James Suckling

Blackcurrants, cassis and graphite on the nose.
