The red wine casks are not taking over and make it even more earthy perhaps, adding some herbs, blackberries, strawberries and chocolate in the background.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMouth:\u003c\/strong\u003e more blackberries, forest fruit jam and roasted nuts. The vinous character is *a lot* more prominent now, including some tannins and a slightly bitter edge. Drops of vermouth even. Then black peppercorns and a lot of ashy smoke. Liquorice and earthy leather, barbecued meat and toffee.
