100% Tempranillo named after the winery’s founder, from perhaps the most carefully-tended Pradorey single vineyard, currently being converted to organic status. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in 12 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 3 months in Nevers oak vats. Colour is dark cherry -red, deep, yet bright. Intense red fruit aromas mingle with vanilla and licorice. Tasty, fresh, with ripe fruit and velvety tannins, Pleasant mouthfeel, very elegant finish.
