Laurent Saillard's "Lucky You!" is a white wine blend from the Loire Valley in France, predominantly made from Sauvignon Blanc with a small amount of Chardonnay. The grapes are whole cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added sulfur, Purvis Cellars notes.
