This independent bottle by Signatory has been matured in a refill Sherry butt for 42 years. The bottling is part of the cask strength collection Rare reserve from Signatory Vintage and has naturally been bottled at 47.9% abv.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasted almonds, freshly shucked oysters, red berries and apple compote married with black peppercorns.

Palate: Apple strudel, chewy oak and toffee crisp and ash.

Finish: Lots of luscious tropical fruits
