A premium aged, small batch rum from the Philippines. Distilled on the island of Negros, Don Papa is made from some of the highest quality sugar cane in the world.

Having been aged for seven years in American oak, charcoal filtered to remove tannins and then carefully blended, Don Papa has a rich, smooth taste.

Light and fruity on the nose, smooth and delicate on the palate, the light amber-coloured Don Papa has a long, rich-textured finish and offers flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits.

Awards: Don Papa has won a number of awards for both the liquid and its distinctive packaging. These include a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Serving Instructions: Best served on the rocks or mixed in a cocktail such as a Don Papa Old Fashioned.
