Deep red with violet tones. The nose presents intense aromas of black and red fruits such as plums, blueberries, and cherries intermingled with fresh notes recalling bay leaf, cedar, and violets. Juicy on the palate with sweet, round tannins that lend good structure and volume and a long, fresh, and elegant finish. Recommended for the cellar.

Coyam began with the 2001 vintage and, since its inception, it has been a summary of the vineyards that Emiliana began planting at its Los Robles estate in the center of the Colchagua Valley in the mid-1990s. This year's blend is primarily based on syrah and carmenere, which together make up about 70% of the blend. All of the Colchagua sun is here, expressed in ripe red fruits that jump out of the glass to attack the palate. The texture is friendly, with light tannins that irritate like little needles. A classic that has been focusing on fruit and achieving a refreshing representation of place.
