Luzhou Laojiao Distillery dates back to 1573, to the Ming dynasty, and is the oldest continuously producing baijiu distillery in the world.  It was included in the first 'List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage' in 2006 and continues to represent Chinese traditional culture and craftsmanship passed on through the centuries.  Their 'National Cellar 1573 • Spirit of China' is a commemorative baijiu product specially made in honor of China's 1573 National Treasures Cellars.  'Spirit of China' possesses softness, mellowness, and elegance, with a texture that is mild, sweet, and clear, free from impurities, while carrying the sentiments of Chinese traditional culture, scholars, and literary pursuits.
