About the Bodega Correas El Cipres Malbec 750ml
Varietal Composition: 100% Malbec
Elaboration: Hand picked in small boxes during the first and second week of April. Controlled fermentation. Extended maceration of the grape skins. Addition of selected yeasts and the elaboration in steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Delicate, balanced and round. Intense, presence of bright red ruby. Notes of plums and raspberries with touches of vanilla and chocolate. Sweet and round tannins with a strong after taste that allows an important finish in mouth.
