The dry, hot climate of Argentina is really great for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes ripen very easily, so these Cabs are able to show a wonderful depth of flavor, with lots of blackberries, cherry, pepper, vanilla and with a little bit of mint. 

Eat it like a local and pair with a classic beef empanada, a delicious meat-filled pastry served with parsley-packed chimichurri sauce.
