Herman Story's First Time Caller is a full-bodied, inky-colored, Petite Sirah wine from the Paso Robles Highlands in California: 
Tasting notes: Notes of wild blueberries, violets, confectionary spice, black fruits, scorched earth, road tar, and smoked meat 
Texture: Silky-smooth with chalky mineral tones 
Finish: Long and lightly tannic with dark fruits and fine-grained tannins 
Food pairings: Goes well with game meat, olives, and beef 
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 15.9%
