Critic tasting note: (2023 vintage) "This vibrant wine is zesty with aromas of lemon curd, papaya, citrus blossoms, and green bell pepper on the nose. The flavors on the palate are white grapefruit, guava and lime zest, layered with dried fennel, sedimentary rock, and lemon cream. Great acidity gives the wine a dry mouthwatering finish.
