As always, this wine is deliciously on point. The nose is electrically charged with white flowers, citrus, and wet, warm stone. The palate reflects the nose, with more quince and bitter grapefruit flecked with a mineral sea salt undercurrent. Delicious and a homerun gastronomic wine for West Coast seafood. Hunt it down.
